At this point, I am not even in good enough shape to go home. I have now received four units of blood and that gives me more energy so that I am not sleeping all day but for some reason, the 'rashes' or 'burns' that I have just don't want to go away.
It seems like forever now, but things will get better soon.
I love you guys!

Erin, I wanted to let you know that we all wished you were feeling better and were home this weekend. We will all be thinking of you and praying for you at your Dodgeball tournament this weekend. It is amazing how many people have entered teams just becaause they love you. Ed Mahar is taking pictures so we will be able to make a scrapbook for you to see everyone. Jolene, you rember the catching coach has already sold over $500 50/50 tickets, you have teams from Gloversville, Saratoge and all over Syracuse, and of course Little Falls coming in to play. And weather permitting Mr Lerman is going to give rides in his Porsche like he did for the Oswego tournament. With everyone pulling for you I bet you feel our hope this weekend. Love Mrs VanMeter

I just want you to know that I have been thinking about you and your family!! If anyone is tough enough to get through all of this it is you girl!! You are one of the toughest kids I have ever met (must be a catcher thing ;)) Quit has never been in your vocabulary!! I'll be cehcking often, and thinking about you all constantly!! Keep fighting and stay strong!!
